True Tonic is an acoustic duo that creatively blends various genres, including Folk, Rock, Blues, RnB, and more, in their distinctive True Tonic style. Their sound features melodic and soulful vocals, rhythmic guitar, and unique percussive drumming. The Duo includes Elana Lisa on vocals and guitar, along with Rod Hyner on vocals and drums. Elana Lisa also performs with Elana Lisa & the Hot Mess (a Swing, Jazz, Blues band) and Rod Hyner also performs with Hard Luck Heroes (a Jimmy Buffett Tribute band). Together they perform in Unholy War: A Tribute to Amy Winehouse and a Tribute to Jethro Tull.
