The WCA will advertise each Yard Sale on Marketplace and a list of participating homes will be posted in the Digest and on the Woodlake website, the day before the sale.

You will not need to come by the office to pick up a “yard sale signs” as in past years. The WCA will place a Sign at the entrance of every neighborhood to indicate there is a yard sale taking place.
Must register 48 hours before each yard sale date.
