Resident Rates

4-hour minimum rental – $385.00
Each additional hour – $75.00/hour
Full day rental – $750.00

Non-Resident Rates

4-hour minimum rental – $485.00
Each additional hour – $100.00/hour
Full day rental – $1,000.00

Additional Fees

Rental Excess Time Penalty – $50.00 deducted from the deposit for every 15 minutes of usage exceeding the rental agreement.
Rental Hold/Security Deposit – $375.00
Fire Pit Usage (optional) – $100

Clubhouse Rental

The Woodlake Community Clubhouse is located at our Swim & Racquet Complex and is available for rental year round. Woodlake residency or membership is not required. It’s perfect for business meetings, holiday parties, special events, and any get together. The room comfortably holds up to 56 people seated or 100 people standing and we have tables and chairs available. Facility Features: - Seven 6 ft round tables - Eight 5 ft rectangular tables - 56 chairs. - Large outdoor patio area just off the main room (only available when outdoor pools are closed). - Large windows with great natural lighting. - Large restrooms complete with baby changing stations.
