Woodlake Maker’s Market Participants,
When a market participant arrives at either market location, they are to park their vehicle horizontally in 2 marked car spaces. Set up display in front of vehicle. Do not leave space between participants unless you received approval from Woodlake. Set up no earlier than 1 hour prior to the market start time (Daytime Markets 9:00 am, and Evening Markets 3:00 pm) unless prior approval has been given by Woodlake. Woodlake does not provide tent, lights, weights etc., that is the responsibility of the market participant.
The addresses for the Woodlake Maker’s Markets are: Evening Markets, 4 pm to 7 pm at 5000 Woodlake Village Parkway, Midlothian, VA 23112 and Daytime Markets, 10 am to 2 pm at 14710 Village Square Pl, Midlothian, VA 23112.
The market set-up location for all Daytime Markets is the 3-tiered parking lot across from Woodlake’s Aquatic Fitness Center (AFC) located at 14710 Village Square Place, Midlothian, VA 23112.
The market set-up location for all Evening Markets is the parking lot at the Woodlake Swim and Racquet Center (SRC) located at 5000 Woodlake Village Parkway, Midlothian, VA 23112.
Rules:
1. Participation Fee – Daytime Markets: $20 (one time, non-refundable) to participate in the 2026 Woodlake “Daytime” Market Season.
Participation Fee – Evening Markets: $20 (each, non-refundable) to participate in each 2026 Woodlake “Evening” Market (3 total Evening Maker’s Markets.)
2. If a participant is unable to attend a market they have registered for, they must email or call Jenny DeLorenzo 24-hours in advance. (jennyd@woodlakeva.org or 804.739.4344)
3. Participants must stay for the entire time of the market they are registered for. Emergencies are the exception.
4. We currently have WiFi at the SRC and we are working on getting it at the AFC 3-tier parking lot.
5. Woodlake will send out an email to its newsletter mail list the day before each market announcing the date, time and participants for each Woodlake Maker’s Market. In addition, Woodlake will post the same information to the official Woodlake Facebook page. Participants may promote the Woodlake Maker’s Market on their own media platforms and websites.
6. Clean up and make use of the trashcans provided at the close of each market.
