With the many “American 250” celebrations planned, we are going to change things up a little this year.
We know many families will be planning road trips to see one of the numerous massive fireworks displays in town and out-of-town, so we are going to have our celebration on Friday, July 3.
So, get ready for the celebration of the century! We are pulling out all the stops to honor the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America.
This isn’t just another holiday gathering – it’s a historic, action-packed milestone event that residents will be talking about for years to come. Grab your lawn chairs, round up your family and friends, and head down to the Pavilion for an unforgettable night of community pride, music, and memories.

Blazin’ Keys Dueling Pianos! Featuring two powerhouse pianists and a live drummer. If you’ve never experienced Dueling Pianos, you are in for a massive treat. You dictate the playlist. Scan the QR codes that will be placed around the Pavilion or drop request on stage to hear your favorite tracks. From classic rock to today’s chart-toppers – if you can request it, they can play it!

New Event Check-In Procedure:
Check in with your Woodlake Resident Pass
In 2026, your Woodlake Resident Pass will allow you access to most Woodlake Events. In past years, residents would register for events like Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day. Now, a member of your party will just need to show your “Woodlake Resident Pass” to enter. This will speed up the check-in process while providing assurance that only Woodlake residents and their guests are attending Woodlake events.
How do I get a Woodlake Resident Pass?
Getting your Resident Pass is easy, and they don’t expire. If you do not have a pass, please visit your portal and request one (HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS). If you have questions or need help, CLICK HERE.
Why Can’t I attend Without a Pass?
Having a Woodlake Resident Pass ensures only Woodlake residents and their invited guests attend our community events. Your Resident Pass quickly and easily, let’s the volunteer check-in team know you live in Woodlake and speeds up the check-in process.
I already have a Pool Pass, do I need another pass?
If you already have your “Pool Pass” you are good-to-go! Your Woodlake Resident Pass is the same “blue” pass you use to check into the outdoor pools. The same pass works for Outdoor Pools and Community Events requiring proof of residency.
