Each additional hour – $83.00/hour
Full day rental – $827.00

Non-Resident Rates

4-hour minimum rental – $535.00
Each additional hour – $110.00/hour
Full day rental – $1,103.00

Additional Fees

Rental Excess Time Penalty – $55.00 deducted from the deposit for every 15 minutes of usage exceeding the rental agreement.
Rental Hold/Security Deposit – $375.00
Fire Pit Usage (optional) – $110
