Each additional hour – $79.00/hour
Full day rental – $788.00

Non-Resident Rates

4-hour minimum rental – $509.00
Each additional hour – $105.00/hour
Full day rental – $1,050.00

Additional Fees

Rental Excess Time Penalty – $50.00 deducted from the deposit for every 15 minutes of usage exceeding the rental agreement.
Rental Hold/Security Deposit – $375.00
Fire Pit Usage (optional) – $105
