Woodlake offers some of the most beautiful views of the lake, perfect for a birthday party, neighborhood party, company picnic, family reunion or wedding. The park offers a covered picnic shelter which includes picnic tables, barbecue/fireplace, large grassy area, lights, electricity, and a large, covered amphitheater/stage area, all overlooking the water. Reservations are taken year round.
Woodlake residents are welcome to stop at the pavilion to rest or enjoy the beautiful view, but please understand that any organized event requires a signed rental agreement with the Woodlake Community Association. In the event the Pavilion has been rented, visitors will be asked to vacate the area.

4-hour minimum rental – $276.00
Each additional hour – $55.00/hour
Full day rental – $551.00

Additional Fees
Rental Excess Time Penalty – $55.00 deducted from the deposit for every 15 minutes of usage exceeding the rental agreement.
