Methods and Deadlines to Cast Your Ballot:

To Vote PRIOR to April 26, 2025:
You can vote online or mail your paper ballot to the WCA office.
NOTE: USPS (Post Office) Mailed-in ballots must be postmarked by Friday, April 25, 2025.

To Vote AFTER April 25, 2025:
You can vote on-line or drop your ballot off at the WCA office. (14900 Lake Bluff Parkway, Midlothian, VA 23112)
NOTE: After Friday, April 25, 2025, it is too late to use the USPS (Post Office) to cast your ballot.
At this point, you can vote online or bring your ballot to the WCA office.

Your last chance to vote online or bring your ballot to the WCA Office is 5:00 pm Wednesday, April 30.

The online voting system will close at 5:00 pm and the WCA Ballot Box will close at 5:00 pm, Wednesday, April 30.

To Vote AFTER 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 30, 2025:
You will need to bring your full and complete ballot to the Annual Meeting at the SRC Community Center by 7:00 pm.
