(45 minutes) Use traditional barre exercises in a repeated form to build endurance, tone, strength, and muscle definition. Shape and tone postural muscles, building core strength, combine cardio and strength techniques. These simplified ballet movements are intertwined with traditional strength exercises such as crunches and push ups. A total body toning and strength class is achieved. All levels.
