TONE™-DL (CLASS WILL BE HELD ON THE Group X Room)

May 15 @ 5:30 am - 6:30 am

(45 minutes) Les Mills format that includes a mix of exercises to work the whole body and elevate the heart rate. The multi-peak workout helps burn calories and build fitness and strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength.  All levels. CLASS WILL BE HELD ON THE GROUP X ROOM
