Woodlake Maker’s Markets Vendor information you need to know:
As a vendor, you are able to promote and sell your products or services at Woodlake’s 2025 Makers Markets.
Woodlake will have signage for all of our entrances into our community to promote each Maker’s Market.
A Maker’s Market “Maker’s List” email is sent out Monday (the day before the market) and posted to Woodlake’s official Facebook page Tuesday morning, the day of the market.
First come first served space allotment. Markets are on Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm except for four “Evening Spring/Summer Markets” from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and three “Specialty” Maker’s Markets from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. See schedule below for dates.
Daytime Markets from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (FREE to participate):

You as a vendor, may invite anyone and everyone to come to Woodlake’s Maker’s Markets, advertise on your own Facebook page or business page etc.

Evening “Specialty” Maker’s Markets – $15.00 to participate
These markets are 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
NOTE: The three “Specialty” Maker’s Markets require a $15 fee to participate when you sign up.
This is non-refundable unless Woodlake Community Association cancels the market.
Woodlake reserves the right to close markets due to weather or other circumstances.
All vendors for the market will be notified if the market is closing by email.
