Whether you are a total beginner or looking to polish your moves, this high-energy, two-hour session is your ultimate ticket to learning two classic dance styles—the elegant Waltz and the passionate Rumba—completely free of charge.

Meet Your Instructor: Jay Henderson (Ballroom by J) 

With decades of elite experience, Jay brings world-class expertise right to our community. His impressive background includes: 

• 10 years as a premier instructor at Arthur Murray Studios 

• 7 years with Simply Ballroom 

• 2 years as C.E.O. and co-owner at Nolen’s 

• Current Owner & Lead Instructor at Ballroom by J 

What You Need to Know 

• No Partner Required: Come solo or bring a friend—everyone will have a blast! 

• Attire & Footwear: Wear comfortable, breathable clothing (it gets hot once the music starts!) and flexible shoes that let you glide across the floor easily.
