Who’s ready for some holiday magic? Grab a friend, a neighbor, or your significant other and come deck the halls (and the roads!) with us for a festive evening of dazzling lights. We’re renting a 12-passenger bus for a 3-hour cruise to check out the best and brightest “Tacky Lights” in and around Chesterfield and Richmond!

The Details:

• When: Thursday, December 10 from 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM

• Where: Meeting and parking at the end of the SRC Parking lot (wherever you can find a spot).

• Pickup & Drop-off: The SRC Pool bottom parking lot (please be a few minutes early so you don’t get left behind)!

• Cost: Prepaid trip—spots are locked in on a first-come, first-served basis as soon as payment is made online.

Since this is prime dinner time, bring a snack to share with the group! You are also welcome to bring any drinks you’d like (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)—we’ve got you covered with an ice-filled cooler on board, plates, napkins and the best plastic silverware money can buy!

Important Sign-Up Info:

• Capacity: This cozy bus only holds 12 passengers, so don’t wait! The first 12 people to officially sign up and pay online grab the guaranteed 12 spots.

• Waitlist: Registration allows up to 12 spots. If you to to sign up for this event and it is closed. Call Jenny DeLorenzo at the WCA office at 804-739-4344 or email her at jennyd@woodlakeva.org to get on a wait list. Lifestyle Services will email everyone on November 10 (when registration closes) to confirm who made the main bus.

• Note: If you’re on the waitlist, please assume you aren’t coming unless you receive a confirmation email that a spot opened up on Nov. 10.

• No refunds will be given unless someone can take your spot from the wait list.

• Deadline: Registration closes on November 10 at 5:00 PM, but because this is a prepaid trip, reservations won’t be made until payments are completed to pay for the entire trip. If we don’t meet our minimum on Nov. 10 or before, the trip will be cancelled and refunded. Sign up ASAP!

This event is open to Woodlake Residents and their invited guests only.
