A POUND class is a full-body workout that combines cardio, strength training, and drumming to create an intense, fun, and primal experience.

This class is open to any Woodlake Resident – Give it a Try!

Join Us For A 45-Min Electric, Empowering, Beat-Driven Cardio Jam Session.

Here are some things to expect from a POUND class:
Equipment: You’ll be given lightweight drumsticks called Ripstix to help you count time and tone your arms, shoulders, chest, and forearms.
Music: The class is set to loud, energizing music.
Movement: You’ll perform exercises that combine cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, and plyometrics.
Community: POUND classes are designed to be a fun, social experience.
Modification: POUND classes are suitable for all fitness levels and can be modified to target specific areas of the body.
Safety: POUND encourages you to listen to your body and move safely.
