Whether you enjoy group fitness classes, personal training, or exercising on your own we have a variety of fitness options that will help keep you active. Your experience will begin with a complimentary consultation with our Fitness Supervisor, which will help evaluate your current fitness level and what our team can do to help you achieve the best results.
We also offer Group Exercise with over 70 classes per week, including offerings from Les Mills, POUND, Piloxing, Booty Barre, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, Aquatics, and more! We have two studios and equipment is provided.

Monday through Friday from 5:30 am – 8:00 pm*
Saturday & Sunday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm*
Woodlake Resident “Open Access Periods” to the Woodlake AFC Fitness Facility
As part of your assessment Woodlake has a full complement of “Open Access” periods for all Woodlake fitness/sports facilities. Woodlake residents have access to the AFC and SRC facilities during specified days and hours of the week noted below, without having to have a separate, paid membership.
AFC Fitness Center – Saturdays & Sundays from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm*
Please Note: The Woodlake Aquatics and Fitness Center (AFC) is a fee-based, membership accessible facility in Woodlake that any resident may join. Memberships for Woodlake Residents are available for a single-fee whole family membership to the (AFC) Fitness Center, Indoor Pool. Memberships allow access to all hours of operation.

Woodlake has recently completed a complete renovation of the AFC Fitness Center located at 14710 Village Square Place. Come by and meet the AFC Staff and Trainers, try out the brand new equipment and see what’s new.
We have three workout areas with state-of-the-art weights, mechanical weights and cardio equipment. Each area has new paint, lights and fans to provide a welcoming workout environment.
Your membership*, includes access to the indoor Pool at the AFC and well and every family member can participate in a variety of classes from “Aqua to Zumba” – all included.
