Woodlake has recently completed a complete renovation of the AFC Fitness Center located at 14710 Village Square Place. Come by and meet the AFC Staff and Trainers, try out the brand new equipment and see what’s new.
We have three workout areas with state-of-the-art weights, mechanical weights and cardio equipment.
Each area has new paint, lights and fans to provide a welcoming workout environment.
Your membership*, includes access to the indoor Pool at the AFC and well and every family member can participate in a variety of classes from “Aqua to Zumba” – all included.
