A few things to know before you request your Woodlake Resident e-Pass from your Woodlake Portal.
• You’ll need a photo for your pass ( and those of family members), so you may want to take or choose the photo (headshot) you plan to use before you begin, and have it ready to upload.
PLEASE NOTE: Any resident checking themselves into a Woodlake facility (outdoor pools, fitness center, Woodlake event) will need to have a Woodlake Resident e-Pass with a photo of th pass-holder.
Anyone in your household that will be checking “themselves” into a Woodlake facility on their own, will need Woodlake Resident e-Pass. Small children accompanied by a parent or guardian will not need an e-pass to “check in.” *See notes below. How to Request Woodlake Resident e-Pass:Log onto the portal using the LOGIN button located at the top right of woodlakeva.org.
In the “blue” navigation bar on the left side/bottom of your portal, choose: “Request a Pass”
1. Select pass type using the drop-down menu, choose: “Resident”
2. List first and last name of the person requesting pass in the text box. *See notes below.
3. Enter birth date of person requesting pass in the text box. NOTE: this will not print on your pass.
4. Upload the photo you would like to appear on your pass. Click “Choose File” to select at attach photo to pass.
Click “Save” to submit your Woodlake Resident e-Pass. You will be notified when your request has been completed.
*PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
• Every household member “checking themselves in” at a Woodlake facility with a pass requirement will need to request a Woodlake Resident e-Pass with a photo (outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis, pickleball etc.).
• Although small children accompanied by a parent or guardian will not need a Woodlake Resident e-Pass to check in, they will need an e-pass for the household. This is so we can account for the total number of people at a Woodlake facility at any given time. However, if the parent chooses NOT to have a photo on the e-Pass of a small child (which is completely understandable), please choose an avatar for their photo to complete the request process. See Notes on children checking themselves in – they will need a photo on thier pass.
• NOTE: Persons living in the household aged 26 and older will need their own account.
• When you are notified your Woodlake Resident e-Pass has been generated, you can access your pass(ses) from “Home” screen in your portal. Click the “Passes” shield to access passes. Click “View Pass,” take screenshot and save pass to your phone (and/or send passes to members of household to save to their phone.)
