5. What do you feel are the main issues and/or concerns confronting Woodlake over the next 3 to 5 years.
In the next 3 to 5 years, I believe that traffic congestion and ongoing development will be major challenges for Woodlake. As the surrounding area continues to grow, the increased traffic on local roads could affect safety, commute times, and overall neighborhood accessibility. Managing this growth while preserving the peaceful, residential atmosphere of Woodlake will be essential. Furthermore, new development may raise concerns about infrastructure, environmental impact, and maintaining property values.
6. Residents have expressed concern over the upkeep and conditions of Woodlake Community common and/or open space as designed under the master plan. As a candidate, do you have a vision, or can you share your thoughts on this topic?
I believe maintaining and enhancing Woodlake’s common and open spaces is essential to preserving the community’s beauty, value, and overall quality of life. These spaces are a key part of what makes Woodlake special, providing areas for recreation, social interaction, and a connection to nature.
