Large Greek Salad with Chicken - Feta cheese, fresh vegetables, Kalamata olives, and pepperoncini.
BBQ Sandwich with Mac and Cheese and Baked Beans.
Grilled Quesadilla & Fries - Grilled Cheese and choice of carne Asada Steak or Grilled Chicken, with Pico de Gallo, Roasted Poblano Tomatillo Sauce and Sour Cream.
Baked Lasagna - Served with a special meat sauce, Italian sausage, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese.
Smoked Chicken Salad Wrap (Tortilla or Lettuce Wrap) with Chips & Pasta Salad.
Taco Bowl - Served in an edible bowl, with a choice of carne Asada Steak, and Grilled Chicken with Rice and Beans, Romaine Lettuce, Pico de Gallo, Shredded Cheese, Grilled Corn, Roasted Poblano Tomatillo Sauce & Sour Cream. Served with Fries.
Basil Chicken Pad Thai - chopped chicken sauteed, fresh chillies, onions, bell peppers, basil and garlic sauce, served over rice.
Antipasto Box (Gluten-Free) - Kalamata olives, pepperoncini, celery, Genoa salami, pepperoni, feta and mozzarella cubes, hummus, and gluten-free pita bread.

Fried Rice with Veggies or Tofu (Gluten-Free) - Thai style fried rice with egg, onions, peas, carrots, and your choice of vegetables or tofu.
Baked Manicotti (Vegetarian) - Tube pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese; covered in marinara sauce and baked with mozzarella cheese.
