Woodlake Guest Policy, Guest Pass Policy
Resident Summer Swim: 24 free outdoor pool guest passes.
24 passes will be loaded onto the resident’s account and deducted from the account upon checking in a guest.
Additional guests are $5 per guest per day at the AFC or SRC pool. No charge for ages 3 and under.
Resident Fitness/Tennis/Pickleball: 24 free outdoor pool guest passes PLUS 24 fitness/tennis/pickleball guest passes.
• 24 pool guest passes: can be used at outdoor pools only.
• 24 fitness/tennis/pickleball passes: can be used at fitness/tennis/pickleball only, depending on membership type.
NOTE: Guest Passes are per facility/membership and cannot be combined.
Resident Fitness/Tennis type has 24 passes that can be used at fitness center OR tennis or pickleball.
Pickleball resident type can only use their 24 passes for pickleball. Resident tennis can only use their 24 passes at tennis.
Resident fitness can only use their 24 passes for fitness.
Additional fitness/tennis/pickleball guests are $15 per person, per day (for ages 4 and up).
Non-Resident Fitness and Tennis Memberships require a 12-month commitment.
Non-Resident Summer Swim is valid for Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
Non-Resident Indoor Only: Have access to indoor fitness center, group exercise classes, and AFC indoor pool only. No free guest passes given. They can bring guests for a charge of $15 per person per day (ages 4 and up). No charge for ages 3 and under.
Non-Resident Inside/Outside: Have access to fitness center, group exercise classes, AFC indoor pool, and BOTH outdoor pools (SRC and AFC). 12 free guest passes given. Additional guests will be charged $15 per person per day (ages 4 and up). No charge for ages 3 and under.
Non-Resident Tennis: Have access to all 16 tennis courts (12 clay and 4 hard) and Pickleball. No free guest passes given. They can bring guests for a charge of $15 per person per day (ages 4 and up). No charge for ages 3 and under. A $199 re-joining fee will incur if you resign after May 1, 2023.
Non-Resident All-Inclusive (Fitness, Tennis and Outdoor Pools): Have access to fitness center, group exercise classes, all 16 tennis courts and Pickleball, and BOTH outdoor pools (SRC and AFC). 12 guest passes given with membership. Additional guest passes can be purchased at $15 per guest (ages 4 and up). No charge for ages 3 and under. WCA Member’s Siblings.
Guests Defined:
Guests that can attend Woodlake Outdoor Pools and WILL require a “punch” on Guest Pool Pass are any person(s) NOT Living in the Woodlake resident’s household.
CAREGIVER PASS OPTION
If a WCA Member employs a “summer sitter” for their children or a care-giver for a family member, a Caregiver Pass can be purchased for $80.00. The Caregiver Pass will allow the sitter or care-giver to use the outdoor pools while supervising children and/or adults in lieu of the Guest Pool Pass.
Fitness, Tennis, and Pickleball Guest Procedures
A Fitness and/or Tennis Member’s (fitness, tennis and pickleball) memberships entitle the Fitness and/or Tennis Member to twelve (12) free guest visits each calendar year these guest passes are limited in use to that respective facility to which one is a member.
All parties to be held on WCA property must be arranged through the Association. Woodlake will enforce this policy to ensure that members are not seeking to avoid rental fees through abuse of the guest admittance policy.
Guests are NOT permitted to consume alcohol on Woodlake premises unless at an event where appropriate permits have been issued by the county or state.
Guests must follow all rules and policies.
