These classes are every Monday.
Little Motion Fitness is a fun, play-based movement and fitness program designed to help young children build confidence, coordination, balance, strength, and foundational movement skills—all while having fun!
Mini Movers (18 months – 3 years)
Class Time: 10:15 AM – 10:45 AM.
A parent-and-child class filled with music, movement, simple obstacle courses, and age-appropriate activities designed to get little bodies moving and exploring.
Tiny Trainers (4 – 6 years)
Class Time: 10:15 AM – 11:00 AM.
Gives kids the chance to move, play, and challenge themselves through obstacle courses, games, fitness activities, and movement-based adventures.
Both groups will begin together at 10:15 AM for a fun, combined 30-minute movement class including music, movement, obstacle courses, games, and age-appropriate fitness activities. Mini Movers will finish at 10:45 AM, while Tiny Trainers will continue for an additional 15 minutes with more challenging activities and games designed specifically for children ages 4–6.
Classes are led by a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a degree/background in Early Education, experience in Special Education, and CPR/AED & First Aid certification. The class location, either at the AFC Pavilion or Meeting Room, will be determined based on weather and conditions.
Registered families will be notified by email and/or text prior to each Tuesday’s class with the confirmed meeting location.
Class Size: Space is limited to 10 children per class to allow for plenty of space, movement, and individual attention. Registration may close early once the class reaches capacity.
Pricing: $8 for one child, plus $4 for each additional child. Payment will be collected at the door by cash or Venmo.
Mini Movers:
$8 for the first child
$6 for each additional child
Tiny Trainers:
$10 for the first child
$8 for each additional child
Registration is required and will close 24 hours prior to each class.
