Join us at the Pavilion for the ultimate Woodlake Labor Day Celebration! We’ve got 3 hours of live music, games, prizes, activities for the kids, and a mouthwatering lineup of food trucks and drinks.
Come mingle with old friends, make a few new ones, and stick around – because when the music stops at 9:00 PM, the sky lights up with a spectacular Fireworks Show!
PLEASE NOTE: No glass or alcohol is allowed.
No need to register for this event. You do need to bring your Resident Pass (see below) to show when checking in at either entrance. All Woodlake resident guests need to check in with residents, at all times.

They are based right here in the RVA and they are one of the hottest New Country/Classic Rock Party Bands on the Central Virginia music scene. Offering a fun, high energy style with the best in Country, Classic Rock, Soul and Pop. With experience ranging from local venues to large regional festivals to supporting major national tours, Main Street Station is ready to provide an unforgettable entertainment experience.
Influences include Aretha Franklin, Prince, John Mellencamp, Tom Petty and more!

The Tipsy Grape Mobile Bar will be at two locations serving beer, wine and liquor. They will be selling beers by the bucket with ice. If you have a bigger group or just don’t want to get back in line to get another drink, this could work for you! And if you bring your own bucket, you get a discount!

Check in with your Woodlake Resident Pass
In 2026, your Woodlake Resident Pass will allow you access to most Woodlake Events. In past years, residents would register for events like Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day. Now, a member of your party will just need to show your “Woodlake Resident Pass” to enter. This will speed up the check-in process while providing assurance that only Woodlake residents and their guests are attending Woodlake events.
How do I get a Woodlake Resident Pass?
Getting your Resident Pass is easy, and they don’t expire. If you do not have a pass, please visit your portal and request one (HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS). If you have questions or need help, CLICK HERE.
Why Can’t I attend Without a Pass?
Having a Woodlake Resident Pass ensures only Woodlake residents and their invited guests attend our community events. Your Resident Pass quickly and easily lets the volunteer check-in team know you live in Woodlake and speeds up the check-in process.
I already have a Pool Pass, do I need another pass?
If you already have your “Pool Pass” you are good-to-go! Your Woodlake Resident Pass is the same “blue” pass you use to check into the outdoor pools. The same pass works for Outdoor Pools and Community Events requiring proof of residency.
